The window had caused her enough trouble- Toriumi scrambled to recollect her underwear after it had fallen onto the lip of the trashcan. It was a little grody, sure, but better than having them fall in. She wobbled slightly as she balanced one leg, then another to slip them on, still dazed a bit from her fall. As uncomfortable as they had been, and still were to some extent, Toriumi was happy to be wearing anything after her fall. Speaking of which...
About half of her shirt hung out from the window. Toriumi had no way to open it from down in the alley, and her sore backside was discouraging her from jumping for it again. Plus, the window had shut tight on her and kept her trapped- even with the soap (the soap that was currently soaking into the waistband of her underwear...) she had no doubt that her shirt was stuck until she could get the window open.
Which, when all was said and done, left her with very few options. The door was locked, the window was stuck, she'd lost her shirt; all she had was a pair of panties, dish soap all down her back, and an arm clamped tight over a pair of pert breasts.
"A-Alright, Isako," Toriumi said to herself, "maybe you can... wait for someone to come home, and slip in after them?" Toriumi paused for a minute, before slumping against the brick wall of her apartment. "Oh, who am I kidding? There's no good way out of this..." She scrunched her face up, before lashing out and kicking the trashcan--- and devolved into cursing and hoping on one foot as she cradled the foot that she'd slammed into metal.
"Is someone there?"
Toriumi froze. The sound of shifting trash and shrill swearing was hardly stealthy, and now someone at the entrance of the alleyway had heard her! She couldn't be found like this- she had to forget her pain and hesitance and figure something out, fast!
