Respond in a friendly manner

"Hi," you say, "Yes, it is. Please, come in."
You offer a hand and she takes it as she steps down.
"I think I'm going to like it here," she says.
You show her around and encourage her to think of it as her home. As you go up the stairs, however, you notice she is having a bit of trouble. At the top of the stairs she looks sheepishly at you and turns away (not that it hides much) while she gathers up her genitals and puts them back into her panties. You can hear her muttering something, but it's hard to make out, something about 'hard.'
"Sorry," she says, "It just slips out sometimes. It's so embarrassing."
