Renamon, from Digimon

When you talk about furries there are some characters that immediately come to mind, considering how iconic they are. Even among the fandom, some characters have become so popular among the community that they are what they immediately bring up when you mention furries.

Some of these characters came from foreign cultures.

As it was an example of a character that was introduce as part of a franchise that depicted monsters of all kinds and shapes coming from a digital medium to the real world. This particular character was famous for her feminine body and voice, as well for her very exotic and attractive appearance of an anthropomorphic fox of white and yellow fur. Some could say that she was one of those characters that took the furry fandom by storm, and she instantly became popular within the furry fandom, remaining in her position until the present day.

So, Josh didn’t felt surprised when, among the many female characters, he saw the face of the familiar fox-like digimon in there, her name right beneath: Renamon

“I’ll go for Renamon.” Josh said immediately, and then, the square was select, right before the entire menu vanished. Now, Fursona stood before him, and her body soon was changing. As she did, her body smoothed out (Renamons were feminine, but they were not voluptuous by default), and her body became more foxlike, while her tail elongated considerably. Wing-like tufts of fur emerged from her shoulders, and a mane of fur formed around her neck. Soon, her color and texture were changing, and now her fur became mostly yellow, with white on her chest, neck, ears, tip of her tail, hands and on her legs from the knee down. She even had purple markings on her thigs. She also was wearing, as her only clothing, a pair of purple gloves on her hands.

She didn’t had any breasts or visible genitals, what was a little of a disappointment to Josh. However, Renamon seemed to notice it, for she was soon saying:

“Default mode.” She spoke rather bluntly to him. “You will have the options to add some things if you so desire as we move on.” She said to him, “Now, do you prefer the programmed scenarios or the free experience?”

She was rather blunt, but Josh kind of liked it.
