Remove her mask

She could definitely take on this thug without her gear, but it’s not just him she has to worry about. Next to the Iceberg Lounge, Barbara is next to the base of operations of one of Gotham’s most notorious criminals and his gang. If she took out this thug, she could not completely guarantee that she could get away without her gear, and without her gear, she definitely could not take out every armed thug in Cobblepott’s criminal empire.

With her sharp analytical mind, Babs realizes this in a split second, so in an effort to keep Batgirl’s integrity and reputation in tact, she quickly removed her mask and slides it under the dumpster she was hiding behind. She had done this just in time, because a second later a thug finds her.

Now with nothing to cover any part of her, Barbara is completely exposed to the thug, who stares down at her with wide eyes. Quickly she drapes a hand over her exposed breasts, and then a hand between her legs.

“Holy shit,” the thug says, stunned for a moment at what he is seeing. Not knowing what to do, Barbara is frozen as the thug takes it all in.

This is cut short by the Penguin’s voice echoing down the alley, “oi, what am I even paying you for? What is it?!”

“Look at what we have here boss,” the thug yells, reaching down to Barbara and grabbing the wrist of her arm covering her breasts with a surprising amount of strength and forcing her to her feet and out of her hiding spot, her breasts forcibly exposed.

All of Penguin’s men in the alley look stunned to suddenly be seeing the cute nude redhead, who squirms in the thug’s grasp. Unable to cover her breasts, Barbara looks down and tries covering them with her long flowing red hair. As she looks down at her feet, all the while as the thug pulls her toward Cobblepott.

“Ah, Ms. Gordon,” Cobblepott greets as they get close enough for him to recognize her, “bit of an exhibitionist are we?” Now standing before Oswald Cobblepott, she is powerless to do anything, something she immediately wishes was not true as Cobblepott circles her like a vulture and then smacks her ass, causing her to yelp.

Penguin’s men laugh and Cobblepott walks back around to stand in front of her. He then grabs Barbara’s chin and forces her to look at him. “So, wanted to show what you got to me and my men, did you?” he asks her.

“N-no!” Babs insists, before then quickly adding, “I was attacked and my clothes were stolen!” It’s not a lie, just not the whole truth.

Cobblepott seems satisfied with that answer, and even a little amused. “Common scum can’t see the big picture, mugged the commissioner’s daughter and maybe got a few bucks,” he smirks, “but what to do with you....”
