Relaxed Retirement

No one would ever say that Octavia was an unpleasant mare to be around, but they would say she's as high strung as a string on her cello. From the day she was born Octavia Melody was driven and meticulous. Her life was dedicated to the mastery of the cello and all things classical music, leading to her becoming one of the most prominent names in the industry while leaving herself very little free time. Between practicing the cello, writing new pieces to play, rehearsal, or selling out another theaters seats, she rarely did anything just to relax. But now at the top of the world with more records sold and more locations played at than nearly any other musician in recorded history she had nothing but time and money for at least twenty life times over. With only one last concert to play and close out her stunning career, she was going to enter early retiremnt, but what she would do in that time she wasn't sure. All the time and money to burn, no clue what to do with it, a problem very few had to deal with. It's at the advice of her close friend and complete inverse, Vinyl Scratch, she starts her retirement just relaxing. No tight schedules, no endless shows, no need to be on the cello all day and night, just sitting back and putting her hooves up. It's a strange thing to the self-motivated mare, but with some help from Vinyl she starts to find some joy from it, especially when she's introduced to the wonders of "trash" food.
