Refuse to be fed.

You keep your mouth shut as Sarah presses the fork against your lips. "Open up for Mommy."

You shake your head, knocking most of the rice off the fork.

"You are such a fussy baby." She says, putting down the fork and standing up. "Do you need a diaper change already?" She pats your bottom and gives the crotch of your diaper a squeeze. "Nope. Maybe you're sick."

Leaving the food, she leads you back to the living room.

"Lay down on the changing mat." She directs you, searching for something in the suitcase.

"Why?" You ask as you do so anyway. "My diaper is still dry."

She doesn't answer, she just undoes the snaps on you onesie and then the tapes on you diaper, removing it. "Turn over."

Confused, you roll over onto your stomach, presenting your bare bottom to her.

You feel something wet drip onto your butt and run down your crack. "What are you doing?"

"Shhh. Mommy will take care of it." She say spreading the thick liquid around your hole with a finger.

"Hey!" you complain as she slips the finger slightly inside you.

She withdraws her finger but it it quickly replaced with something cold and hard. You feel it pushed deep into your bottom.

"What is that?" you ask.

"It's a thermometer pumpkin." She says. "I'm checking your temperature. Hold still."

So you lay there with the thermometer sticking out of your butt and wait until she declares. "You don't have a fever." and withdraws it. "Just stay there a moment."

You soon feel her finger pressed against your hole again and then you feel her push it in as far as it goes. "What are you doing now?" You ask.

"I'm giving you a suppository." She explains. "In case you are constipated."

"What?" you say as she pulls her finger out. "No."

"Too late. It's already in there." She says cheerfully. "Now turn over so I can get your diaper back on before you make a mess on the floor."
