Rear Naked

Grace immediately moved straight behind Josh, not giving him a second to rest. She snakes her right arm around his neck and grabs it with her left. Thankfully for Josh, she had never actually tried an RNC before, just seen it in clips, so her method wasn't perfect and his breathing wasn't cut off. Unfortunately for him the rest of the match had taken its toll on him and he was getting very tired at this point. He actually considered the possibility that he might lose to a younger inexperienced wrestler.

He tried his best not to let that happen. He rose to his feet with her still clinging on to his neck. He tried to grab the back of her head and flip her forward, but her short stature and center of gravity helped her maintain her hold. He tried once again to throw her forward. This time he got much closer, lifting her off her feet, unfortunately she caught herself last second and pulled them both backwards, falling to the ground on her back with Josh on top of her.

The fall took some wind out of Grace but she managed to keep the hold secured, and from this position she was able to catch him in a bodyscissors from behind. Josh moved one of his hands away from hers and down towards her legs, trying to relieve some of the pressure there. That proved a huge mistake as she had better access to his neck and managed to finally figure out how to properly apply the RNC. She was now actually cutting off his airflow completely.

At first Grace hadn't even noticed that her new hold was more effective, however Josh had made that clear with his reaction. He immediately shot his hands back up towards hers and redoubled his efforts at escape, grunting a lot throughout the process. Now Grace knew that she had him right where she wanted.

"Got you good now huh? It's time to tap bitch!"

Even though she hadn't yet beaten him, Grace seemed confident enough to start taunting at this stage. She wasn't wrong, Josh had been outmatched by her the entire time, her aggressive fighting style making up for her being much smaller than her opponent. Now, Josh was in a lot of trouble, he was almost out of breath and he knew that he had to turn this match around in the next few seconds or he was done for. He rallied all of his strength and made one final push to get back to his feet.
