There was a Massive cheer from the Ravenclaw and Gryffindor Table's and some clapping from the Hufflepuff You weren't sure if it was louder than Harry's, but Quite Frankly you didn't care much. You then made your way to the table taking the seat opposite of Boot and nearby the Ravenclaw Ghost. The Ghost shifted uncomfortably as she saw his gaze upon. 'Fucking Heritage.' You Thought.

After the cheers died down you saw a old man stand up that must be Dumbledore the Headmaster. He was beaming at the students, his arms opened wide, as if nothing could have pleased him more than to see them all there. "Welcome," he said. "Welcome to a new year at Hogwarts! Before we begin our banquet, I would like to say a few words." He literally said a bunch of stuff that you couldn't make heads or tails of. Shortly after"Thank you!" Dumbledore finished

You continued looking at Dumbledore as he noticed you and smiled, He Clapped his hands and out of nowhere food filled all of the tables You were only slightly amazed at that as you just looked at the food. This was an amazing treat, as amongst this food that you noticed. Roast Salt Beef, Bluff Oysters, Salmon Salad and Ribs, Vension , Mashed potatoes, Corn on the Cob, and Caviar.

You watched the Ravenclaw Ghost float down and speak "So -- new Ravenclaw's! I hope you're going to help us win the House Cup Championship this year? Never in all my years as a Ghost of Hogwarts have I witnessed the Gryffindors go so long without winning. Slytherin's have got the cup six years in a row! Ser Nicholas believes The Bloody Baron's becoming almost unbearable -- he's the Slytherin ghost, and an Old Friend at that." Says TGL (TGL=The Grey Lady)

"Six Years, I take it it was all Fair play on tneir part?" You asked in mild disbelief.

The Lady turned to face you "Slytherin are not the brightest people, but they are talented at Quidditch and yes, many of them play a dirty game out on the field, I'm just hoping there are some talented Quidditch players among you first years." She said looking at all the first year students.

Professor Dumbledore once again got to his feet again after the food disappeared, and as The hall fell silent once again. "Ahern -- just a few more words now that we are all well-fed fed and watered. I have a few start-of-term notices to give you. First years should note that the forest on the grounds is forbidden to all pupils. And a few of our older students would do well to remember that as well." Looking over at the Gryffindor Table you saw Harry and Percy started talking again you could Barely cach some of the conversation. "The forest's full of dangerous beasts." He clearly had not told the prefects about the third-floor from what Percy was saying.

You looked over at Hermione feeling a tad disappointed about not being in the same House....
