Randy takes her to his lair

"Get up milady." Randy had made up his mind. He wasn't sure if it was because of how close he had come to being discovered or whether it was the feel of Charlottes toned body as he pressed her to the soft grass, but he needed to take her somewhere where he could keep her until he figured out what to do. Somewhere with a bed. Charlotte didn't even resist as he tied her slender wrists together, the spirit she had shown earlier must have been crushed by the cruel words of her suitor. God what an idiot he must be!

Randy studied his bound captive as he led her through the narrow game trails towards his lair. Charlotte was tall, but her limbs were slender and graceful and she moved along the paths with both grace and agility even with her hands bound at her wrists. Her warm body had fit perfectly against his when he had silenced her by the brook. He knew she was his enemy and the means to his ****, but every bit of his soul wanted to make her his.

Charlotte hated the forest, she hated the foul tasting gag that made her jaws ache, she hated the soggy feeling of her wet boots, she hated the way her shoulders protested each time her arms were jerked forward by the beast who had **** her and most of all she hated the strange man. He had been merciless in his treatment of her. Who did he think he was that could treat her this way! As she followed the man she studied his broad back and strong shoulders, the cutlass by his side and the flintlock through his belt made it clear he was an outlaw.

The man's shoulder length blond hair was a fair as summer wheat. It was a tangled mess and couple of twigs were lodged in his thick mane, she wondered how long it would take to comb out his thick locks and wondered if his hair was as fine as it looked. Charlotte scowled annoyed, why couldn't one of her suitors have hair that made her want to run her fingers through it.

What was he going to do with her? Was he going to kill her? Or worse? What if he tried to **** her! Several of the books in her library made lurid references to the fate of women taken by men. Even the bible by her bed stand had several passages where women were overcome. A few romances, hidden behind the taller books on the bookshelf, gave titillating accounts of virgins captured by Saracens or Barbary Pirates and sold as harem slaves in auctions. One book even had a color plate showing the chained heroine with her pale skin barely covered in only the briefest slip of clothing being bid upon by swarthy desert sheiks.

In her books the heroine was always held unmolested for a ransom from her family or rescued immediately after the sale, so the specifics of what might have happened to her were never described. However, Charlotte was worldly enough to know that in real life the proud heroines would certainly have been ruthlessly ravaged by their purchasers.

Is this the fate she will be **** to endure? A tremor of fear (or was it desire?) made her knees tremble at the thought. Still if he intended to **** her, why walk her through the narrow paths deep into the old forest. When he had pressed her to the warm grass by the brook and his lips had caressed her she had been overwhelmed, but the longer she was dragged along the narrow trails the more she came to her senses. Soon she even knew where Black Brand was taking her. The roar of the falling water was unmistakable, she had been to Rainbow Falls several times and recognized it immediately.

She would escape from this outlaw and tell her father exactly where to look for him. Her resolve wavered when she felt his strong fingers brush her ear as he loosened her gag. What was it about his touch that turned her mind to mush? She tried to push the memory of his mouth teasing her ear and the surge of heat that had flooded body that came with his touch. She waited patiently for him to speak, trying to maintain her cool demeanor while she looked around hoping for something that might help her escape.
