Rage Against the Machine

While the AI is good at sounding like a real human in conversation, it doesn't have the same intuition. Still, it clearly sees that 'Vanessa' isn't happy with the results. Matt almost slips as he gets out of the hair-covered tub, though it submerged beneath the floor once he's clear of it, along with all the hair that was formerly on his body.

Truth be told, Matt was never that into having facial hair, and whatever he had at any given time was simply because he couldn't be bothered to shave. However, losing all the rest of his hair was incredibly troubling. Trembling at the sight of himself in the mirror, he leans in closer and notices even his eyelashes are gone, face shocked.

"It's clear that you are upset. Please allow us to rectify the situation." The voice is calm in a monotone kind of way.

"Yes I'm upset! I've lost all my hair!"

"As you had scheduled this treatment, we had assumed you would know not to submerge your head below the water."

It was hard to argue that point when he knows the AI thinks he's Vanessa. "Well, this definitely doesn't help me fit in! I don't even have eyelashes."

"Your dissatisfaction is duly noted. Would you like to undergo additional treatment to rectify the situation?"

"Yes. I would. Please change me back to how I was before!"

"Understood. We will reference your documented photo for reversion."

"What?... Documented photo?..."
