What do you do?
Quietly sneak out
You decide to leave quietly, and leave Stacey to her rest. You are hesitant to give her a peck on the cheek, in fear of catching the infection, but you did just fuck her, can't get more physical than that. And anyway, she deserves it. She smiles in her sleep as your lips leave her cheek, and after quickly putting on your clothes and leaving a quick note on the table, you are out the door and continuing your hike.
What's next?
