You lift yourself up and give the cunt a good long lick. You're rewarded with the slightest of shudders. You lower yourself again.

Score one for perseverance. You continue on, trying to make as much contact as you can on every lift. Sometimes you miss but after what you think is fifty-three chin-ups you achieve the required thirty licks.

You let go of the bar and shake your arms out. Gwyneth skips the ladder and drops to the floor, doing something that looks suspiciously like a superhero landing.
