Tifa scowls in anger at her situation, "take a seat my dear, let me explain your situation", Tifa pauses for a second before she answers "I'd rather stand!", "suit yourself", scarlet responds in a dismissive manner...

Scarlet begins her explanation, "you see my dear, here at Shinra we work tirelessly experimenting, trying to create new ways to harness Materia and Mako Energy to make everyone's lives more comfortable... especially our own!", she kicks the Security Guard she used as a footstool to the side and rises to a standing position, "the Shinra Electric Power Company needs to expand and grow if we are to realise our goals and we don't want another disaster like Wutai on our hands..., do we?", she pauses looking for Tifa's non existent reaction, Tifa remains silent but folds her arms listening to Scarlets speech. "Our problem here at Shinra is what you would call <Free Will>, I have worked tirelessly since my time at Shinra to find a way to eliminate the process of freedom, choice, the will to disobey and subvert the willpower of others and bend them to the desires of Shinra", she says as she paces around the room confidently while continuing "and I believe I have finally found a way to accomplish this goal", Tifa's expression turns from scorn to shock, "and the result of my endless research is that small Silver piece of Materia hanging from your neck", she smirks as she finishes this sentence...

"You BITCH!!!", Tifa snaps as she lunges toward the glass walls as if trying to attack Scarlet where she stands, Scarlet simply laughs as Tifa fruitlessly smashes her bare fists onto the glass wall to no effect. "you're wasting your time my dear, not even the Mako Cannon at Junon could break the walls of this cell..., I'll leave you with this final thought to ponder your future as I'd love to continue to be amused by your outburst but I have places to be..., I'll see you tomorrow my dear sewer rat", Scarlet said as she turned her back to leave the room, she pulls out a handheld control device and clicks a button as she walks away, the communications go dead and the cell walls return to their mirrored form. Tifa continues smashing her fists onto the cell walls for a few minutes longer until she runs out of energy and resigns to the fact that punching her way our of this is simply not going to work, she stops punching the now mirrored walls, turns her back to it and slumps down to the floor, "this cant be happening", she mutters to herself in a defeated voice as she closes her eyes and drifts to sleep from exhaustion...

Tifa is awoken by the startling sound of a loud "Clunk", still slumped in place with her back against the mirrored wall from yesterday, she slowly turns around noticing she is no longer alone and the cell walls have turned back to normal glass again, as her eyes refocus on the sight before her she sees the familiar sight of Scarlet sitting on her throne and the same security guard as yesterday on all fours being used as a footstool. "Nice to see you've finally calmed down", says Scarlet, Tifa, feeling exhausted pulls herself up to a standing position and sits on the metallic bed frame in her cell, her head held down feeling a sense of helplessness, just looks up at Scarlet silently, "good..., now I have your full attention, maybe I can explain more about how this project is going to work", she says as she stands and approaches the cell...

Scarlet begins to seductively run her fingers in a pattern around the cell wall as she paces back and forth while explaining more about her project. "you see my dear, around your neck is THE most advanced piece of Materia in the entire world, it contains within the Master Magic, Master Command, Master Support, Master Summon and Master All Materia abilities, not only that but when paired with an Assess Materia..., which may I say you also have around your neck it has the ability to learn and grow..., much like an Artificial Intelligence, as it learns it grows..., the more you resist the more powerful it becomes", Scarlet pauses for a second to reflect before continuing, "you see my dear sewer rat, following your violent outburst yesterday it has already learned to quell your anger by casting a magical status on you known as "Sadness", a spell which scientifically speaking lowers your strength levels and releases endorphins into your primitive brain to keep you calm and sedated..., I'm surprised you haven't already noticed the effects", Scarlet smirks. "I'd rather die than be part of your sick experiments", responds Tifa in her newly deflated tone, Scarlet lets out another "Kya-Ha-Ha" before she continues her speech, "you see you're not my first test subject my dear sewer rat, you're one of many, I learn from my mistakes, my first test subject decided to end her life before I could complete my research, you see that Pink Materia attached to your wrist bracelet?", she asks, "Auto-Revival Materia", responds Tifa, "Exactly!!", Scarlet interrupts, "so you see not even **** is an escape from this predicament, if you try to harm yourself in any way which may cause you to die, this Materia will instantly Revive you..., it also works as a back up in the case that my new Materia goes too far..., the others before you, well lets just say that they submitted way too early in my experiment, we'll see if Heidegger's idiots have managed to bring me a specimen that doesn't disappoint, you won't disappoint me will you"? she asks, but Tifa remains silent still looking down to the floor, feeling fatigued and deflated...

Scarlet claps her hands with excitement as she says "Excellent..., I think it's time I synced up the Compliance Materia to my control device here", she clicks her fingers and a Shinra Security Guard rushes over silently and hands her what appears to resemble a golden finger ring with a much smaller Silver Orb in the middle which resembles the Silver Materia attached to Tifa's collar, once Scarlet places the ring on her finger both Silver Materia Orbs begin to flash in sync...

"First a simple test", says Scarlet, "we are going to need to get you cleaned up..., remove your clothes and place them into the large hatch", orders Scarlet. Tifa looks up at her and calmly responds "no", Scarlet lets out a sigh and responds "suit yourself..., we can either do this the easy way or the hard way, and thanks to my new Materia you'll end up doing things my way anyway", Scarlet pauses to smirk confidently, "it's your decision my dear, but I really hope you'll choose <The Hard Way>"...
