Sylvanas Windrunner

Coming towards us is a character I could never have imagined. Sylvanas Windrunner, the former warchief of the Horde, approaches us.

You could have expected that, but her outfit doesn't match her style from the video game at all.

She wears a strapless red dress that almost reaches the floor. She wears matching red high heels and a small red bag.

I look at her as if perplexed as she stands between me and the guest I was talking to.

"Sorry it took longer than I thought" she says and wipes her silver hair from her face. "No problem my dear. I want to introduce you to someone" he turns to me and Sylvanas looks to me as well. "That's ... sorry we haven't introduced ourselves yet" he says and starts laughing.

I also laugh for a moment. "My name is Reginald Schermann" he says friendly. "And from the surprised look on your face, I think you know my companion, Sylvanas Windrunner." Sylvanas gives a little curtsy.

Again, this is so not at all in keeping with her character from the games. "My name is James Gardner, pleased to make your acquaintance" I reply and we shake hands.

"Sorry for the confusion" I start. "but your behavior is so different from the games" I say turning to Sylvanas.

"Many wonder about that." Reginald replies before Sylvanas can even say anything. "Well what can I say, I've had her for a few years and trained her well" he grins to her.

Sylvanas cheeks turn a little pink which is quickly noticeable in her bluish face.

"It must have taken you some effort and time to train her" I return "or did you use any mods?"

"Oh I think you misunderstood something. I have owned Sylvanas here for some time. I was one of the first customers of RealDreams, so there were no mods at that time."

"And yes it took him a lot of time and energy" Sylvanas now says, looking wistfully at her owner. "And I'm still sorry that I caused you so much trouble back then."

"And I've always told you that you don't need to apologize." He reaches under Sylvana's chin and gives her a long kiss. When they stop again, he looks at me.

"I'm sorry. You have to know, Sylvanas is my head ****, so she takes care of my other characters and also administers punishments when they disobey."

"Does everyone here have a head ****?" ask her Reginald. "Not everyone, some don't have a favorite and some do things a little differently with the ranking."

"Ah I see" I say and before I can say anything else the lights in the room dim.

A spotlight comes on and is pointed at a small stage where a woman appears. She is not a character, but an employee of RealDreams.

"Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to today's RealDreams auction" she declares and everyone claps briefly.

"Today you can expect an auction like we've never had here before. As you all know, we have 2 auctions scheduled today. We will start with a smaller auction with the characters of the popular "Super Mario" series. Then after a small break, it will be the turn of the main auction, where we will auction characters from "Game of Thrones"."

Again, the visitors clap. She goes on to do some advertising for RealDreams and other companies sponsoring the evening tonight.

"Alright, please proceed now to the auction room." With these words she finishes her speech and the light gets a little brighter again. One of the doors leading out of the room opens, and the crowd runs toward the door.

"Come on boy, you can sit with us" Reginald says. So I go into the auction room with Reginald and Sylvanas.
