The Phenomenals

Following is an archive of phenomenal individuals around the world and across time and space who possess abnormal talents and/or relics of extraordinary potential. Said talents/items have enabled them to violate the hierarchy of the natural sciences, break universal infrastructures, and challenge the accepted notions of the metaphysical.

Class: P-A20, a group whose externalizations are defined heavily by indecency, sociological manipulations, disfiguration of reality, and frequent sexual misconduct.

Subjects of Class P-A20 pose a specific threat. Unlike P-I56 or P-A11, whose abilities may similarly transcend the boundaries of reality, the Phenomenals of P-A20 are commonly affiliated with deeds of a sexual, uncouth, and degenerate nature. In addition, despite being associated with P-I56 and P-A11 as one of the three most dangerous reality-former classes, most of the subjects of P-A20 are mentalism-based, rather than dimensional. The extent of extremity is difficult to codify. Some will display vague proclivities to the perverting of their environment, while others will consciously seek it out. Some will display high moral self-awareness. Others may be devoid of remorse.

As always, it must be reiterated that these are real, significant cases, and not fabrications. Despite how they may appear, these subjects contain hyper-active levels of potential to un-temper the Noumena. All may very well reside in plain sight amongst the living.
