Ruby's solo streak begins!

Ruby took a moment to look around her. With where she landed, she was near one of the corners of the building, standing on the side away from the main quad. As such, she was kept out of view of the people still milling about.

Won't last for long... Ruby thought as she crept forward along the wall, the bricks rubbing against her bare skin. She did her best to keep the camera angled in a pleasing way as she did this.

Peeking around the corner, Ruby could see that there were still plenty of students walking back and forth in the main area. As far as she could tell, there were a few dozen, but that was only what she could see. The real number could be much higher.

Ruby took a deep breath. Waiting here wasn't going to get her any closer to achieving her goal. With shaking legs, Ruby **** herself to start walking away from her hiding space. The alley running behind the dorms ended right there, meaning Ruby was **** to walk along the side of the building and towards the front, towards total exposure.

Each step Ruby took made a faint slap slap slap, the dirt and grass feeling oddly nice beneath her bare feet. She had felt this when she went streaking before, but this was different. Before, she had her team beside her. She had a friend beside her who she could look to for moral support. But now, she was completely alone. Aside from her own picture in the camera she held, there was no one she could look to, at the moment.

Ruby walked out from the little alleyway she was hiding in, and, to her surprise, no one noticed her, at first. Looking around, she saw that all the other students were engrossed in their own business, whether it be the people they were talking to or something on their scrolls.

However, Ruby knew it was only a matter of time before someone catches a glimpse of the nude huntress. As such, she turned and quickly strode off, forcing herself to not use her semblance. As much as she wanted to, she also didn't want to incur the wrath of Coco.

When she was only one building away, Ruby heard the first one. A man from some distance behind her shouted out. Looking over her shoulder, Ruby saw someone she didn't recognize pointing right at her, shaking one of his friends by the shoulder to get him to look over. Quickly, the group were all looking at her, one of them even pulling out his scroll and pointing it at her.

Gulping, Ruby turned back forward. It was bad enough they were going to get a good view of her ass. She didn't want to give them a look at her face, for as long as she could help it.

Ruby shook her head and sped up a bit, not wanting them to catch up to her.
