H&H - The Lusty Summer of Harry and Hermione

Note: In this timeline, they start Hogwarts at age 13, therefore in 5th year they would be 18 years old. All characters in this story are at least 18 years old.

End of 5th Year

"Professor, do I have to stay with the Dursley's this summer"

"No, you do not. This year, I have arranged for you to spend the summer with Miss Granger. I have spoken to her and her parents, and they all welcome you to their home. They have agreed as Mr and Mrs Granger will be away for the summer and Miss Granger will be all alone"
"I'm spending the summer alone....with Hermione?"
"Yes my boy, you are. Now off you go to your dorm"

In the Common Room

Harry enters the common room and see Hermione sitting on the couch reading a book. He runs up to her, lifts her off the couch in a hug, spins her around and says, "Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

Hermione laughs as she gets spun around and replies, "You're welcome Harry!"
