On second thought you realize you should check the house out again.

After some consideration over the breakfast that Grace had made, you realize you should all go check the house one last time. You happen to recall a lot of boxes in the basement you did not even bother to check. And who knows what else the house mostly holds, you also realize that because of the area the house is in. Even if someone came onto the house, after you looted it. Unlike you they would figure it to have been picked clean. And pass right by it, the door's and window's wide open. The house still standing in a mostly burned out part of town, it screams out don't bother with it because of the state you had left it in when you left and the smell coming from the front room.

You Turn to Tommie and Grace and say " I understand we got a lot of good equipment from the house the other day, but I also realized there was a lot of boxes and other pieces of equipment we did not really look at and I am sure we should check it all over and make sure we really did get everything of worth."

Grace nods and says " I also noticed we avoided a few rooms, and we ignored some of the storage area's and objects in the basement. There is really no telling what could be down there, so we should be sure to bring flash lights and be careful."

Tommie nods and says " I will go with and stand guard at one of the windows watching from the inside, I am sure after all that fresh air being able to come in. Chances are it does not smell as bad either. Making the work that much easier to get done."

You nod as the three of you, get the cart and bags and head over to the survivalist house to see what else the three of you can find to help make life easier. There are so many things to consider or use. That he mostly had with in or outside of his house you feel you really should take all things of benefit.

When you get to the house you notice, right off that someone else had entered the house, so your guess at the fact that no one else would enter was not entirely true. The corpse had been dragged out on to the lawn, from the living room. So with caution and drawn weapons the three of you enter the house, You figure it is safer to lead them into a in closed place with shotguns to kill enemies then allow them to be in the open and allow them to be picked off easy. As you get to about the door of the first room you hear sound coming from the other side of the door. It's faint but it is there.

You tell the girls " Step back, and don't fire in less it is clear you will not hit me and will not kill someone who does not need to die ok?" They both nod, as you get to a safe spot beside the door and say " We are not here to hurt you, we found this house untouched, and have will fully decided to claim what we can from it for are own safety. If you had any legitimate claim to any of the resources we took we are more then willing to allow you to join us. And benefit from them as well, one more hand makes for busy feet and allow us to get more done."

From the other side, from the room you heard the sound in. There is another door and it opens to reveal, a bit older woman. She has her hands to her side, she does not seem a threat so you step back. And she exits the room followed by a younger woman, maybe about 19 or 20. You guys lower your guns, as they go past you in to the the kitchen and the three of you follow them.

The older woman is the first to talk, she says " My name is Ruth, this is my daughter. We are the only realities left of that sick bastard who shut himself up in here. We saw the damage to the door. We knew he would have set the house up so it mostly would still be standing and that he would fight off anyone who tried to enter it. We had hoped that he might, have lived because he was well trained by the military thou it did make him a bit crazy. Frank was always an odd ball." she then stops what she is saying as if to bow her head and then says " I am getting older and honestly as so I feel you youngster really should not have to endure the strain of anything that is left to live on. So if you would be so kind to take care of my daughter I will do what I can to make sure I don't slow you guys down and do what I can to help as a whole from outside of the group you are forming."

You look at Ruth and think about what she said, and respond with " That is practical but it does not really help as much as you think, the spot we are defending has no one there right now. Thou it does not and it is not the typical place one might consider looking for resources. And the fact that we have the key, and the door is very solid does help matters a bit. As for resources, you will notice as you called the dead man from the front room Frank, he had a lot of resources it is the reason we returned today. We had hoped to check the other rooms to find what we could and there is a lot of storage area's we did not look into."

Ruth nods and says " I had notices a majority of the weapons and food had been taken, but there was still food and water. As well as other things, I also found a note that Frank wrote and left in the desk should we show up. It reads"

Ruth, I am sick it progressed faster then I thought it would. I made sure to make every entry point but the back door unsafe to get in trough, I know you got that key I always joked about you needing to get anywhere near my house safely. The back door is well reinforced it would take a tank to take it out. All the same I left a book with a list of all the things in it I own, this book or pages or whatever you wish to call it will have information on how to find some of it with in the house. Please be well, and I am sorry but I will be dead if your reading this.

You look at Ruth and say " I kinda wish I had looked around a bit more, then I had"

Ruth just nods and then says " My daughters name is, Tracy just as a heads up. And we have gone around the house during the night thanks for airing it out by the way. And collected some of the finer pieces of equipment you had left behind. And here is the document brought up in the note." She hands you the pages or book as the dead man had put it.

You look over it and it says, it says:

3 Hunting rifles, 1 Sniper Rifle, One Ak-47, One M-16, One Sub Machine gun, One Tommy Gun! you realize you must have missed the Tommy gun. 10 pistols, 3000 rounds of 9mm 200 30-30 rounds, 500 22 rounds,.45 caliber and 10,000 sorted rounds including different kinds of shotgun rounds beyond that for all kinds of other weapons he must have here some were the list is kinda jumbled, and you took most of the ammo.

you look over the page and notice a lot of the stuff you took so you try to focus on the stuff you did not take,

You notice it says Bullet Proof vests, 6 you start to wonder why there was so many of them when he was one man but you figure what the hell you know?

You then look on for more info and it says create of Hand Grenades, and assorted other munitions it makes note of Claymores and other things that are of good use to you if you can learn how to use them. You also notice information about more food and something about make sure to check the attic and there is pull outs in most of the storage spaces with things behind them. With instructions on how to open them, you nod a bit as you read this and then. Look at Ruth and Tracy and consider or wonder how they got here safely, you realize this requires some investigation.

You ask Ruth " How did you get here without anyone noticing you? I mean there are people hunting people so how did you do it?"

Ruth nods and says " Well, my family had a boat and this house is not far from the water. So we used the boat to get to as far as it could take us and then we walked the rest of the way. It really was pretty easy as a whole."

Tracy finally looks at you and says " You are honestly the only people we have seen since we set out to come here, we were also able to notice some movement in other parts of the city but from a safe distance. You would be surprised, this location as you would put it or near here is the least active of all the city. No one hardly wanted to live in the industrial area's as it is, so what would change that fact now."

You realize she has a point, which is why it makes you call to question a lot of things but as you consider all this Grace says " So your saying the human activity is mostly void in this area?" The Two women nod and she asks " So, if we were to learn and plan from here no one would notice, and I also thought of a place we can go to test shot the weapons. So to learn more about them so long as we have some Gas."

You nod and say " Your thinking one of the Islands? Off the shore not far from here right? A small one were no people will hear it and we can get good practice?"

Grace nods and Tommie looks at you and says " How do you know that much about any of this? I mean I am not even entirely sure were we are."

You just shake your head and say " I have always had a map in my head, it always said more or less you are here. So long as I knew something about were I mostly am I knew were and how to get were I am going."

Tommie nods and says " That explains how you lead us to the industrial area in the first place on the thought no one would be here."

You nod and say " So anyway, I think we should find this Tommy gun check every possible place your departed brother might of hide anything. Because these notes suggest there are some funny surprises for us to find. It was very unclear as a whole as to what to expect. But it does not once say worry about traps from with in, at least after the shotguns on the windows. So I would say we should just get searching."

All of them nod and Ruth and Tracy smile and Ruth says " I think Frank would agree your the kind of person he would want to have this stuff in his ****, so I am honestly happy you found it young man." You just nod.
