Grabbing a slice and opening my can of soda, “so Jennifer what are you majoring in for university?”

“um, I was thinking about majoring in business, but I decided to be a psychology major.” Also taking a slice.

“Wait wasn’t that what Thomas was majoring in?” Wendy asks as she grabs a slice nibbling on it.

“Yeah, now that you mention it, I think it was! You have him in any of your classes Jennifer?” Slowly finishing the first slice.

“Um I’m not sure do you have a picture?” Also nibbling her food

“Yeah hold on give me a sec” pulling out my phone as I take a swig of soda.

Now, should I get a flattering pic of Thomas? Naw, let’s get a goofy one. One where we’re throwing him under the bus. “This guy.” Showing her a photo

“Oh hey! Yeah he’s in a few of my classes! Mostly the ones in the afternoon, I have mostly night classes.” Jennifer explains.

“That’s great! So you think he should join us to the mall Saturday? I know he’s been working hard.” Wendy says smiling

“Wait when were you guys going to he mall?” Confused, as they hadn’t told me anything yet.

“Oh yeah we planned on going to the mall Saturday, you know to get to know you.” Wendy explains giggling.

Well that seems fun. “Yeah I’ll hit up Thomas he’d like to meet you Jennifer.

After a while about chatting about school we finish eating.

“Hey John? I have a favor I want to ask you.” She says quietly
