However, once a woman sat in it, a light would flash, and her brain would be hacked by the nanobots in the chair, which would wipe her brain clean and make her a blank, programmable slate. From there, John could install various programming in their brains, such as 'wife', 'maid' and 'dog', at which point the nanobots would fully reprogram their brains to fulfill that programming. And if he wanted to change a woman's programming from say, 'belly dancer' to 'table', he would have the woman sit in the chair, which would wipe her brain again. Essentially giving limitless options.

He opened up a salon and gave free tickets to various celebrity targets to test his new chair...
