You go home, you're tired and ready to take a long and comfortable shower. You arrive at your lit apartment. Mom must be back.
You enter, and you hear your mom preparing dinner.
"Mom! I'm home!" You tell her as you move toward the bathroom.
"John, I need to tell you something! I-"
"Sure let me just take a shower!" You open the door to the figure of a slim girl, Asian descent, long straight black hair, and small breasts. Of course, she's nude apart from the towel she's hiding her body with.
"Sorry!" You say as you slam the door. You turn around and your mom pops her head through the hallway. She looks at you with dissatisfaction.
"That's the first thing you do as you come home ?" She sighs. "I should've repaired that lock long ago."

You're sitting in a chair in the living room, in front of you are your mother and the mysterious girl from earlier. She looks at you quite angrily, she dressed up in a black dress and wear a purple hairband as well as a choker. She clearly is in casual clothes but you easily guess she likes goth fashion in some way. Your mother breaks the tense silence with presentations.
"Kana this is John, my dumb child." She says while looking at me, it seems to appease the girl a little.
"John this is Kana Hara, she's gonna stay with us for a few weeks. I prepared the papers, she'll stay at your school." You look at her shocked.
"She's staying here? Why? What happened-" You get interrupted.
"It's a part of my job, I won't elaborate." You sigh, it's not the first time your mom hides something from you.
You present a hand to the girl. "In any case, nice to meet you Kana, and sorry for earlier." She looks at your hand and you realize she didn't say a thing since you met. She stands up, ending up a little taller than you, and she answers :
"We won't be friend, I don't want to be here and I don't like you, I'll ignore you and I advise you to do the same" she says before going to the kitchen.
Your mom sighs: "Kids will be kids..." She then brings out a 10$ bill. "Here, for yesterday. Now come and eat your meal while it's still hot."
Life isn't getting any easier it seems...
