Elizabeth all of a sudden feels a slight breezy wind around her.

Elizabeth: W-Whoa! Where did that wind come from all of a sudden?

Elizabeth said as she holds her mini skirt down to keep her panties from showing. The wind kept on going for like around a minute. Then the wind finally settled down. Once the wind stopped, Elizabeth moved her hands away from her mini skirt.
