With everything that happened yesterday, you forgot to do your maths homework. I'll do them at school before class begins.
You arrive still half-asleep and someone catches you at the gate :
"Hey John, your girlfriend is looking for you."
You understand that he is talking about Ashley and you ignore him, you don't want trouble so early in the morning.
You sneak into your classroom and sit at your desk while preparing your notebook. You try to focus on factorizing an inequality but it doesn't take long for someone to bother you.
"John~~" You look up searching the voice. And your mouth warms up, you're kissing someone. You move back but the stranger's lips press against yours even more. You wait for what seems like multiple minutes and the kiss finally stops, the stranger looking at you blushing charmingly.
"Ashl-"
"John you're so cute~ I'm so sorry for yesterday ! I don't know what happened to me I shouldn't have slapped you, I don't even remember why I was so mad in the first place !" She blurts outs.
"H-hum... What ? Ashley what are you doing ?"
"I'm apologizing for yesterday."
"No I mean the kiss !"
"Heh what's happening John, you're getting all embarrassed now ? The room is empty, I didn't do it in public just as I promised."
"What are you talking about ? You're going out with Benjamin !" You try to make sense of all this but the more she talks the less you understand.
"Ben ? I broke up with him to get with you." You stop to think about what she's telling you.
"John ? Are you doing that because of yesterday ? I can apologize again if you want !" She looks at you, with a worried expression.
"You're doing your homework ?" She grabs something in her bag. "Here, you can copy mine ! Please forgive me. I won't do it again."
You hear people entering the classroom and Ashley takes that as a hint that she needs to go, leaving you shocked in the middle of stares. You need to think about what just happened... But your homework comes first if you don't want to get a detention.
