Salon trip!

"Lexi, you said you have an important meeting tomorrow, right?" Carol said, finally having got the bags put away and sorted.

"Right. It's really my whole reason for the trip." Alexa said, the warm fall air giving her a good breeze. It contrasted nicely with her still damp and warm diaper.

"Well, do you want to go to a hairdresser? I was going to go anyway, but I figured you could come with." Carol said, grabbing the ends of her copper hair. "I have to get some light work done."

Alexa thought about, playing with her golden blonde hair. She wasn't big on going to a hairdresser, especially one in a fancy spot like this, but it did sound like a good idea. Look professional, right? "Sure! I could use a clean up."

The salon was about a 5 minute walk for the women, and Alexa contemplated what she'd ask them to do. Probably just like Carol said, a clean up.

"Carol, Carol, welcome back." The short, busty woman at the front desk said, her green hair in a bun. "Who might you be sweetie?"

"I'm Alexa, nice to meet you." Alexa said, smiling at the assisstant. People sure were nice here.

"We were both hoping to get some work done on our hair. When can you fit us in today?" Carol said, playing with her own hair by twirling it in her fingers.

"Actually, you caught us at a good time. Right now would work for the both of you." The girl said, then gesturing to Alexa. "What will she be doing today?"

"Whatever she wants to do is fine by me. It's her hair." Carol said, interested what Alexa might do. Hopefully, she'd change it up from just a blonde ponytail.

Alexa followed the women, but an older lady touched her shoulder. "Hey hun, we have a kid section this way. Just follow me."

Alexa replied, annoyed a bit. Carol and the woman had already disappeared into the back of the salon, so she was on her own. "I'm not a kid, I'm-..."

"You're right, you're a young woman. Sorry dear, I know I have to mind my terms." The late middle-age woman said, pulling Alexa past the room with Carol and the woman in it. "Now, your mom said you already had an idea of what'd you like to do. Will we be dyeing our hair today?"

Alexa was seated in a stylists chair, in a room which looked to be specifically designed for smaller customers. It was a lot more cutesy then the rest of the salon, with murals decorating the walls, and more popping colors.
