Kate picks up the timer and starts to adjust it.

"How many minutes of my knee crushing your nuts do you think you can take? How's 5 sound?"

You shake your head no. You'd beg for mercy if possible. Kate grabs your balls and you struggle in agony.

"Yikes. Maybe just 3 minutes."

Kate starts the timer and drives her knee into your scrotum.

Your testicles are bruised, swollen, and couldn't be any more obviously damaged but Kate continues to knee you without any mercy.

You sadly don't pass out but instead watch her thrust her knee into your family jewels over and over again.
