Who was introduced next?
The dietitian.
"Please welcome Kaylee Wong!"
The studio audience clapped as the triplet's individual portrait windows shrunk and joined Cindy at the bottom of the giant LED screen and a beautiful Chinese woman with brown hair with highlights, perfectly arched eyebrows, thick lips, and abundant cleavage.
"Dai ga hao?" Kaylee greeted everyone in Cantonese with a smile and an excited hand-wave.
"Ngóh ho ho!" Iris replied back, impressed with the young woman's fluent Cantonese.
"I'm good," Julie smiled. "So, Kaylee, other than the obvious answer of Jon being a hunk, what made you decide to volunteer for the project?"
"That's a hard one..." Kaylee hummed, pretending to think long and hard for an answer.
The studio audience laughed.
"Seriously though, it was the challenge of having people eating a variety of nutritious but tasty food that have a balanced supply of vitamins and minerals," she answered. "As Jon had mentioned earlier, there are physical difference between men and women, and caloric intake is another thing to take into consideration. For example, a small woman like myself, would require only about 1,900 calories a day, while a large muscular man like Jon would require about 3,200 calories."
"So what would the crew eat?" Julie asked.
"We've all seen the freeze dried foods in vacuum sealed pouches that astronauts eat, so imagine eating that for decades on a spaceship!"
"So will the crew be eating only space food for two years?" Julie wondered.
"No," Jonathan answered. "At the Priapus Program's facility we will have a greenhouse to grow our own fruits and vegetables."
"What about meat? I assume not everyone is a vegetarian?" Julie asked. "There won't be any space cows?"
"We will not only eat plant-based protein," Jonathan replied, "but animal protein as well. We will raise chickens for both eggs and meat, however, most of our protein will be from crickets."
"Crickets?" Julie and Iris gasped.
"Crickets are a very cheap, sustainable, and easy-to-produce source of nutrients and are especially rich in protein," Kaylee answered. "Cricket protein powder contains about 65.5% protein and adult crickets provide about 15 grams of protein per 100 gram serving. Crickets are high in fat, calcium, vitamin B₂, potassium, zinc, magnesium, copper, folate, biotin, pantothenic acid, iron, and fiber."
"I never eaten bugs before," Julie muttered in disgust.
"Just think of them as land shrimp with wings!" Kaylee giggled.
"Do you know any good recipes with them?" Julie asked.
"Plenty!" Kaylee smiled proudly. "I've been experimenting with new recipes solely using crickets!"
Julie turned to look at the giant LED screen. "Will you girls be eating crickets?"
"We already do!" the triplets giggled.
"I eat chicken feet so why not?" Kaylee shrugged.
"Well, two years from now you'll have to make me a cricket dish, Kaylee!" Julie smiled before looking directly into a camera. "After we return after the break we will meet the next crew member of the Priapus Program!"

Project Priapus
NASA's plan for a space harem.
One day human will journey to Alpha Centauri, the closest star to the Solar System, on a generation ship -- this means they need the best men and women on a space ark. The protagonist was inspired by Jonathan Kim, an American US Navy lieutenant (and former SEAL), physician, and NASA astronaut.
