Day 14: Gina plays broken toy

It had been over a week since Gina allied with Marel. Gina was getting impatient. Marel was supposed to make some kinda move. Unfortunately, she apparently didn't think the time was right yet. And thanks to Lindsey's commands, Gina couldn't directly order Marel to attack.

Gina tried a new plan to turn Lindsey and Susan against each other. Yesterday, Gina managed to provoke Susan into going against Lindsey's orders to go easy on her for now. She just kept taunting the girl over and over again.

"You know, I never cared about you" she said, "you meant nothing to me"

Eventually Susan couldn't take it anymore. She kicked Gina, made her eat some trash and pissed on her. Gina would then act as though she'd been broken. She sat on her throne with no light in her eyes. Lindsey rolled her eyes.

She knew what Gina was trying to do but with all of her cronies watching, she decided to deal with it later.

The meeting mostly involved intelligence reports of Crazy Carousel and Blue Sublime activity. Nothing much had happened. After school, Lindsey, Susan and Frank met with Gina at the rooftop.

"Okay, Gina, what are you trying to pull?"

Gina didn't say anything.

"Just tell what happened" said Lindsey, "the truth"

"Susan kicked me, made me eat literal trash and pissed on me"

"That it?" asked Lindsey.

"I'm sorry" cried Susan, "I just lost it. I just wanted **** and was frustrated at far easy we were going on Gina with no progress being made to taking over the school. I didn't think it would break her"

"Relax, Susan" said Lindsey, "Gina's clearly faking it"

Damn, Gina couldn't think of way out of this. Any protest would break character. Her only card was to continue to give them that lifeless look on her eyes.

"Knock it off, Gina" said Lindsey.

Suddenly Gina stopped her broken toy act.

"There is no way anything Susan did would break you" said Lindsey, "all of us have faced far worst than that and not broken. This is clearly a ploy to rather sympathy you don't deserve"

Suddenly Marcie appeared on the rooftop.

"I see you can't control your own lackeys" she said, "I tried to warn you about Susan. I promise I will be a much better lackey"

"Fuck off" said Lindsey.

"But can't you see the damage that Susan had done?"

"Like I just said, its just a ploy to turn us against each other" said Lindsey, "I'm not falling for it"

"But still, Susan is clearly an liability" said Marcie, "maybe you should give her to Gina"

"What?" said Lindsey, angry.

It was clear to Lindsey that Marcie Storm was a completely evil with no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

Why was it that she wasn't cursed was something Lindsey would have liked to know.

"Well, to punish Susan-"

Lindsey slapped Marcie across the face.

"Susan has been bullied by Gina for five fucking years" said Lindsey, "of course she's gonna want payback. It might be inconvenient but she has the right to her **** just as I have the right to mine"

"Yeah but she's-"

"She's not a lackey, she's my friend" said Lindsey, "and throwing your friends under the bus might be the Marcie thing to do but it is not the Lindsey thing to do. Anyone who would do that is pure evil"

"Whoa, calm down, Lindsey. It would just be until she earned Gina's forgiveness"

"Jesus Christ, Marcie! Earn HER forgiveness?! Her abuser! You have any idea how fucked up that is to say? What kind of monster are you? Get the fuck out of here before I hand you to Gina myself!"

Marcie again stormed off. Lindsey was getting sick of Marcie's shit.

"Thank you, Lindsey" said Susan, "you're a really good friend. I'm sorry I screwed up"

"No real damage was done" said Lindsey, "but you can't let Gina's words get to you like this. I know its frustrating that we have to postpone the real **** for Gina. Dealing with the Crazy Carousel and Blue Sublime has been going slowly. You just need to be patient. Gina has hurt me too"

"I promise I'll do better" said Susan.

"Don't worry about it" said Lindsey, "the reason I wanted to go easy on Gina was because I wanted to focus on dealing with Marel and Lauren. Gina's mental wellbeing is not really that much of a problem. If she really does break, we can just command her to be unbroken"

Gina realised what this meant.

"That's right, Gina" said Lindsey, "so there's no point in trying that stunt again. As further punishment, you now require weekly breathing permission"
