VR Day 8 - Keep going

You meet up with Tiff, who has already noticed that you and Viti are down. You tell her you are minimizing drama within the team for the sake of winning, and she seems satisfied with that. You talk about strengths and weaknesses. Tiff feels like the team is strong, but so are the other teams... you have to learn who you will be playing against before you can make big plans.

You are free in the afternoon. Instead of finding Viti, you go for a run by yourself. You don't push yourself too hard, but you go and go, doing several laps around the whole camp on the path that runs through it... until you hear cursing. Lots of cursing.

You stop and look into the woods. A girl in there is just using... very bad language.

You go to check it out, finding three players from Green Team. There's a girl with cute, pinkish red hair in pigtails. She just wears short shorts and a crop top, and is very slim and cute. Her name is Van. With her is a dark haired, dignified girl named Rin. And the one doing the cursing is a slender and delicate girl with perfectly white hair named Kaine.

"You guys OK?" you ask.

"Fuck you," Kaine says. "What happened to your face?"

Yikes. And yes, you still have a bruise from Sheva's punch.

"Have you seen a flower like this?" Van asks brightly, running up to you and showing you something. It's an old journal with a sketch in it. It looks like a pretty flower. You haven't seen it.

"No. Sorry," you say.

Van looks disappointed.

"Why do you want it?" you ask.

"It might have special medicinal value," Rin says. She seems so nice and mature... she doesn't fit in with the others.

"Are you guys trying to dope?" you ask bluntly.

"No rule against flowers," Van says with a laugh. That's true...

"If you help us find it, we'll share it with you," Rin offers.

"Well, OK. But where did the journal come from?"

"We found it," Kaine tells you grumpily.

Great. So you're looking for a special flower based on a drawing in a journal that these girls found. Well, it's better than being back at the cabin with Sheva and Viti.

You spend a while with those three, searching. You don't find any flowers, but you get to know them a little. Rin is quiet and sweet, Van is bubbly, and Kaine is a little grumpy, which is weird when she has such a princess-like appearance.

Well... it was fun. Even if they aren't on your team.
