Xander talks to Amy about the spell...

"Listen, Buff," Xander said as Amy came closer, "Why don't you go back there and wait for me. I'll be there in a second."

Buffy gave Xander a puppy dog look and placed her small hand on his chest. "You promise?"

"I do."

"Alright," Buffy said as her hand slid down his stomach and then cupped his crotch. "Don't take too long..."

Amy entered the library just as Buffy disappeared into the stacks. "Xander! I was looking for you, Cutie! I have to talk to you."

'Cutie,' Xander thought. 'What's going on here?'

"Is it about the spell," Xander asked.

Amy stepped very close to Xander. "No..." she said surprised. "Is something wrong with it?"

"No! Well, maybe... I justed talked to Buffy and she was acting kinda strange..."

"Buffy?!" Amy said with a hint of jealousy in her voice. "I mean, maybe you're onto something. We should go to my house and check it out."

Xander was getting a strange vibe off of Amy too, but she might be the only one who could fix this.
