University humiliation.

Chantelle was told to get dressed for university in her pink school uniform and white pantyhose. Once dressed and made up she was instructed to place her thumb in her mouth. Heather attached a pink leash to her collar and then they left for uni. Heather led Chantelle on the leash down the street so people could see Chantelle and laugh and smirk as she hobbled on her heels to keep up with Heather.

Once at university then ran into the dean who looked at the spectacle smirking. Heather explained that Chantelle was being punished and why. The dean suggested that Chantelle be given a break from classes and she would make sure her punishment was carried out. Heather agreed, handing the leash to the dean and headed off to her first lesson.

The dean took Chantelle to the locker room and ordered Chantelle to strip then led her into the restroom. There was a large hole in one wall and a passageway which Chantelle was led down the passageway to a bench that had been placed there. Chantelle was forced to lay on her back and then strapped down and the bench pushed until Chantelle's head popped out of the opening. The dean placed a ring gag in Chantelle's mouth keeping it open.
