First time at the Eagle Nest

Mark stood outside this large storage shed near the baseball field, a place that they called ‘The Eagle Nest.” It was used by the football players as a secret hang out. A place that you couldn’t only ever enter if you were a player or you were specifically invited to. Knowing what the jocks were like, the only people that ever got invited were the very hot and equally popular girls.

He waited by himself as he was shortly joined by Cassidy and Natalie, walking across the baseball field to meet up with him.

“Little football star? What the hell Mark,” Cassidy said laughing as she approached him with Natalie by her side.

“I’m just a man or many talents,” he chuckled, “How are you? And you too Natalie, good to see you again.”

The girls smiled back at him, Natalie in particular. “Pretty good, you looked great out there!” Natalie complimented him.

“Gee thanks,” he said, blushing.

“So? We going to go inside or what?” Cassidy then asked.

Mark quickly opened up the front door and being a gentlemen, he let the two girls enter first. The place was lightly dimmed and they had just put some music on in the background through the big speakers that were connected. Mark took a moment to look around the place, there were already girls inside, most looking quite particularly slutty, maybe that’s the only way they get inside, he thought. He then took his attention to one of the walls that had hundreds of Polaroid pictures of players and girls who had come here.

Checking them out, he saw some familiar faces right away. Miranda was pictured several times, Tiffany of course being one of the most popular girls in school, her pictures were mainly with her ex-boyfriend Travis. There was Jess, looking absolutely stunning but also very, very drunk. Mark made his way down to the most recent pictures on the wall, that’s when he saw Winter. She was posing for the photo with Ross, the guy she had been some what seeing on and off.

He gulped looking at it, of course he still had strong feelings for the brunette bombshell. To have ruined so many relationships with the females he cared most for, Mark felt horrible inside. This made it a little awkward standing next to Natalie who was checking out the photos too.

“Hey, there’s a couple of people I’ve got to say hello to,” Cassidy then said, behind them both, “I’ll come find you two a bit later.” She then disappeared into the crowd, mixing right in.

It had given Mark and Natalie a chance to get to know each other better. They stood looking at the photos, Mark unsure how to start the conversation.

Natalie then saw the photo of Winter, “Hey, there’s my roommate,” she said, pointing it out.

Mark knew that he had to tell her about his history with her roommate. Not that it really mattered now but if he ended up having any form or relationship with this girl, sexual or not, she had to know the full truth.

“Yeah about that...” he said, scrunching up his face a little in a bit of awkwardness, “You should probably know a couple of things.”
