Pressing the subject

As Donna and Mike settle in for the night she is still wondering why her husband was acting so weird. They change into their pajamas and lie down. Donna begins reading her book as Mike closes his eyes and tries to sleep. She notices a weird grin on his face. “Honey, what are you smiling about?” She asks. “Don’t worry about it. You wouldn’t get it anyway...” Mike tells her. “Ok you’re being weird. What’s the deal?” She presses. “You really want in on the joke?” He asks. “All I want to know is why one minute you’re dreading the whole circus experience and the next you’re acting like it’s the most fun thing in the whole world.” Donna tells him. “Now you’re laying there with this ridiculous grin on your face and it’s creeping me out! What is going on?” Donna says angrily. “Ok”, he says. “If you want to know, get ready, because this is gonna change your life!”
