As you stir, it seems for a moment as though you'd been switched into a much more pleasant dream. Eyes still closed, you can no longer hear the howling gale, instead finding a cool breeze plying across your back, undercutting the warm rays of the sun. The cold stone of the cliff is gone, replaced by soft sand, and ocean waves lapping at your feet. It seems like you could doze here in paradise forever, but your awakening senses bring with them a dull, full-body ache, and a number of unpleasant revelations. The warm sun is hitting your bare skin a bit lower than just your back, the soft sand underneath you is pressed against a pretty sensitive spot, and as your ears finally tune into the titters and murmurs just above you, you realize you aren't alone on this sunny beach.
"OMG, this might be the best thing that's ever washed up here!"
"Definitely better than that salty old seabird, yodelay."
"...Do you suppose he's still breathing?"
A groan escaping your lips, you look up to find a trio of feminine faces in expressions of delight, bemusement, and concern respectively. Your own expression quickly turns to shock as you realize these women before you aren't human! Not entirely, anyway, though they are mostly the right shape. You see animalistic features like fur and feathers instead of skin, tropical sundresses and chic blouses on top of that. They're Animal Crossing villagers, you recognize, but not quite as you remember them; their normally chibi proportions stretched out into something more realistically human. Looking up at them, the one on the left (an orange wolf grinning giddily back down at you) moves to keep her sundress down against a brief gust of wind, and you realize their clothing has changed to match, lengthening and added bottom garments so as to no longer leave their featureless lower halves exposed. Judging from the low cut of the wolf's dress and the brief flash the wind just gave you of white fabric against orange fur, they weren't exactly featureless down there anymore either!
"So, uh.... you gonna say anything naked guy?" says the largest of them, a blonde-haired, sleepy-eyed bear in a blue and purple striped dress. You blush, feeling all the more exposed in your total nudity in front of these formerly-half-dressed characters. "We don't really have cops on the island, but I'm pretty sure we still have laws against this kinda thing.... or do we?" she says, turning to the short, fashionably dressed purple duck next to her.
Not good. Pushing out the voice in your head that was going to need to get used to this actually happening, you have to figure out what to say before you wind up in even deeper trouble than what landed you on this Nude Horizon to begin with!
