You show Pam look at Jim, blush a bit and exhale softly, before composing herself and finishing her talk with Michael. Michael is so flustered at telling the secret that he misses her physical response.

Later when Jim explains himself, and lies saying it was a crush he had on her when she first started, Pam is staring into his eyes. And she sees his eyes drop to her breasts of so briefly, and then return to eye contact.
