Chapter 150 by Jjaymes94 Jjaymes94

Where do they go?

A random dive bar

“Right there, turn in here” Brooke says to Dean. The group pulls into a parking lot, “What is this place? Dean says, unfamiliar with where they are. “Just a local bar.” They park and get out of Dean’s car.

Dean has never been to this local bar before nor has he ever heard of it. Walking towards the building he noticed it lacked windows and seemed to be very small although the parking lot was crowded with cars. A decent amount of people were outside smoking. Dean, Brooke and Richard were met with glares as if to say, ‘who are you guys.’ Brooke caught the most attention with her attire.

Entering the bar, all eyes shot to them. Apparently it was one of those dive bars where they are all regulars and clearly they were the only strangers there. The place reeked of beer naturally and 99% of the people there were guys, mostly the beer belly kind. Dean only could wonder why Brooke would choose this place of all places. Brooke was hit on left and right while they walked to table near the bar, maybe that’s the reason.

Brooke found an empty table and sat down, Richard took the seat next to her so Dean was **** to sit across from them. One of few women there walked up to the table, she looked manly and she sounded like she smoked for many years, “What can I get ya?” She said. Dean noticed no menus on the table or anything, “Do you have any menus?” She made a groaning sound and walked away, presumably to get the menus. Dean scanned the room, maybe people were still looking at them, he felt uncomfortable. In reality they were looking past Dean at Brooke.

The waitress came back and already had a drink in her hand. She threw the menus on the table and gave the drink to Brooke. “From the man over there,” she point off towards the bar. Some random guy just bought Brooke a drink. Brooke happily waved to the guy who looked like he was 40 years older than her. The man waved back and smiled, he looked to be missing teeth. Brooke was more than okay with accepting this drink as she chugged it down. Dean was uncomfortable with the whole thing, accepting a drink from a creepy stranger, being in this dive bar... but Dean kept quiet, he didn’t want to ruin Brooke’s fun. Richard seemed to be okay with everything, he just read the menu looking for something to drink, he didn’t care about all the guys eyeing Brooke.

Dean looked over the menu, it was scarce of food, this place was clearly one just to drink at and not known for its food. The waitress came back with another drink in hand, she gave it to Brooke, this time it was from another man, she happily accepted the drink. Richard orders a drink and now it was Dean’s turn, “Can I have a...” Dean was interrupted by Brooke, “He’ll have a water, he’s our DD tonight.” Dean didn’t fight it, he ordered some wings and that was that. Making the night even worse was the fact that he had to be sober for it.

Brooke, Richard and Dean made small chit chat. There was a Tv with sports on that caught Dean’s attention. By the time Dean’s food came, Brooke had finished a number of free drinks from her admirers, she was clearly feeling it. She decided to go to the bathroom, simultaneously pulling up her dress to cover her tits and pulling it down to cover her ass. Brooke slowly made her way to the bathroom, Dean watched as guys heads turned as she walked by. Richard was looking in the complete opposite direction, he could care less. Dean happily chowed down on his wings once Brooke was no longer in his sight.

Time passes and Dean finished up his wings, Brooke has yet to come back from the bathroom which was starting to concern Dean. Richard didn’t seem to notice or care that she was gone. Dean looked around to see if she was around somewhere. The bathroom’s were in a second section of the bar that he couldn’t see from where they were sitting.

Just as Dean was about to get up and look for her, Brooke walked up to the table with two drinks in her hands. “Let me guess, more free drinks?” Dean says unenthusiastically. “Yes!” Brooke says with a giggle. “You’ve been gone quite awhile.” Dean points out. “If you must know, some guys stopped me and gave me a few shots, it would have been rude to not take them with them.” Brooke said then stuck her tongue out at him.

Brooke sat down at the table and gave one of the drinks to Richard. Dean drank his water in silence contemplating what to do and how to get out of this bar.

Richard excused himself from the table stating that he was going to use the restroom. Dean noticed Richard didn’t have too many drinks unlike Brooke, she has lost track of all her free drinks.

Now that Richard was gone from the table, maybe now would be a good time for Dean to try and talk with Brooke, they haven’t really talked about much of anything lately. Dean cleared his throat which got Brooke attention, she looked at him. “So...” Dean started to say before being interrupted by the waitress. “This is from that man over there again.” She says annoyed as this is one of many drinks she had to bring to Brooke. The free drink was again from the old man who gave her the first and possibly more in between now and then. The old man smiled and waved again and Brooke returned the wave. “That man is so nice!” She says as she drinks the drink. “That old man is creepy,” Dean insisted. Brooke ignored what he said, “I should go over and thank him.” She stated. “I think the wave was enough.” Dean said. Brooke ignored him again and got up from her seat, “Don’t wait up.” Dean felt invisible and now he was sitting alone at the table.

Dean watched as Brooke walked away with her drink in hand. She walked directly over the old man and placed her drink down on the bar next to him. Dean could see that she was saying ‘thanks for the drinks’ and the old man was saying something along the lines of ‘no problem.’ Brooke then leaned in for a hug, it looked like she initiated it too. After breaking away from the hug Brooke sat down next to the man and starting chatting with him.

Dean felt like a creep staring at them. Brooke was talking away, this could be awhile. Dean pulled out his phone and started opening different apps, anything to pass the time. It was awkward sitting alone, at least he could make it seem less awkward by playing on his phone.

Dean became too focused on his phone that he hasn’t looked up in awhile. The waitress came up to the table and interrupted him, “anything else?” She said. Dean didn’t need anything and she walked away again. Dean looked up and couldn’t see Brooke anymore, where was she? He scanned the room and couldn’t find her, the old man she was talking to was still in the same spot at the bar. Maybe she went to the bathroom or maybe she was getting more free shots from strangers in the other section of the bar.

Dean looked at the empty seats in front of him. Richard wasn’t back either, he said he was going to the bathroom.

What's next?
