Alice with a very one sided proposal

"Well, if it isn't our little dorm slut all locked up." Alice said with and evil grin. "Enjoying your time behind bars."

"What are you doing here." Emily replied harshly.

"Come now, you should be nice to the person who is here to help you."

"Help me?"

"That's right. You see, my uncle is the judge in your case, and he does not like public displays of indecency. However, I told him what a nice girl my new roommate is, and how she is struggling mentally now that she is at college. I convinced to be lenient."

Emily perked up at these words and replied, "Really?! You did that for me?"

"Indeed," Alice said, but the evil grin was still on her face. "Of course, even my skills of persuasion have their limits, and he will still give you court appointed counseling."

"That is not too bad." Emily thought to herself.

"And a ten thousand dollar fine." Alice finished. Emily's heart sank through the floor. Her parents had given her a bit of spending money, but it was just shy of one thousand dollars. Most of her expenses were covered by her scholarship. The only way she could get ten thousand dollar quickly would be to ask her parents, but Emily feared that option. It would quickly come out why she needed the money, and her conservative parent would be horrified. They would pull her out of school at the best and punish her at the worst. In addition, the app would still be in her life.

"It looks like my cute little slutty roommate is in need of some money." Alice said mischievously. "Would you like to take a loan from me?"

"You would be willing to lend me money?" Emily asked with some surprise.

"Not money, gems!" Alice said while her thumb pressed some buttons on her phone. In response, Emily's phone chimed.

"The user 'Alice' has proposed a contract to you. She will loan you ten thousand gems. Everyday at midnight %5 of the total currently owed will be added to the amount owed. Until the sum loaned and interested has been paid back the following rules will be enforced."

"Rule 1: Any gems gained by Emily will be automatically paid to the loan."

"Rule 2: Emily will be the maid of Alice. She will clean the dorm room and perform any other duties a maid would normally be responsible for. If Emily does not do the job to Alice's expectations, Alice will be allowed to punish Emily with spankings."

"Rule 3: Emily will be naked while in their dorm room except for her collar and other pieces of jewelry specified by Alice. This will require Emily to undress before entering the dorm room and dress outside the dorm room."

"Rule 4: Emily will not be allowed to use any furniture in the dorm room. The only exception is a small mat in the corner which she will be allowed to sleep on."

"Rule 5: Emily will be requires to crawl on all fours while in the dorm room. The only exception is when standing is required for her cleaning duties."

"Rule 6: Emily will not be allowed to use the dorm room toilet. If she needs to use it she will be required to use a bucket in full view of anybody who happens to be in the room at the time."

"Rule 7: Emily will be required to refer to Alice as 'Mistress' and refer to herself as 'This worthless slut' whenever talking to Alice."

"Rule 8: Emily must wear and only wear the clothes and items dictated to her by Alice everyday."

"Rule 9: Once per day, Alice will be allowed to give Emily a single dare. Emily will be allowed to accept or reject this dare after reading it, but once it is accept it will be treated like any other dare from the app. A rejection will cost Emily nothing, and Alice will lose her dare for that day."

"Rule 10: For every thousand gems over ten thousand Emily's debt reaches, Alice will be allowed to select another rule to add from three choices given to her by the app."

"Rule 11: Any violation of these rules will result in Emily being assigned a trivial level punishment."

"Rule 12: All of Emily's punishments and dares, past, present, and future will be available to Alice to view."

Emily stared at the contract. The app could do things like this? Clearly, there were things about this app she knew nothing about. Her first instinct was to reject the contract, but the impending ten thousand dollar fine caused her to think twice. Many of the rules in the contract could already be achieved given with her current punishments. They were just more explicitly stated. Even if Alice was lying about the fine she could simply return the gems and be done with it. If not, she would be spared her family witnessing her being tortured by the app. It was the thought of her parents and brother witnessing her recent acts that convinced her. With a sigh of resignation, she pressed the accept button. Alice grinned maniacally and walked out.

Emily's hearing was mostly uneventful. The judge asked her about the circumstances around her arrest, and she explained honestly. The judge took it in without surprise.

"Normally, I would take a more rigid approach to such actions," the judge said in a bored tone. "But I understand you are not completely right in the head girl. As such, I will be sentencing you to a ten thousand dollar fine along with court appointed counseling. Your psychiatric appoints will be weekly until the psychiatrist signs off. Afterwards, this will be stricken from your record. Do you understand girl?"

"Yes, your honor, but would it be possible to reduce the fine?" Emily asked hopefully.

The judges eyes narrowed as she said, "Girl, you are lucky I am being this light on you. If you are being financially supported by your parents, they need to know you are performing such disgusting acts."

Emily gulped as his stern word, while nodding meekly. She was escorted to the cashier's office to pay the fine. While waiting in line, she converted her gems to cash. The fine was paid with no trouble, but now she was stuck with Alice's contract. After that, she was escorted to a changing room where she was told to return the prison clothes she was given.

"But, I do not have anything to wear." Emily said pleadingly.

"Then I guess you are walking out of here naked." The officer replied.

Right at that moment, Alice appeared with a brown paper bag. "Don't worry Emily. I brought you some clothes from the dorm." While Emily dreaded what was in that bag, at least she had brought something. It could not be worse than walking out naked.
