Later that evening

Tom decided to make some dinner that evening, lighting candles and placing roses in a vase in the middle of the table. He turned the lights on low and put some quiet music on. She returned home and he caught her at the door, playfully dancing with her, spinning and laughing. For some time, they danced and laughed.

After a while, they had the dinner he made. He wasn't a great cook, but was hoping that it was enough to get her in the mood. As they finished, she looked across at him, smiling.

"So. What's this all about?", She asked.

"What? I can't do something nice for you?" He asked.

"I've known you for way too long to assume innocence, Tom." She smiled. "I'm going to take a shower. Do you want to help me?"
