Jessica is reduced to 'idiot status'

Jessica tried to find a way out but couldn't, with her hands tied there was nothing she could do. The officer picked up his phone on the desk. "Jill I need you to come in her please." Once the laser had finished, it powered down. Jill held a mirror in front of Jessica's face so she could see the damage. Jessica now had "IDIOT" written in bold capitals across her forehead. All Jessica could do was cry, her fate had officially been sealed.

The officer smiled, satisfied with the status reduction. "Alright, we're done here, the rest is down to you now, get your status back up and you'll be allowed to leave Pinesdale!" The officer told Jessica, who sobbed uncontrollably.
