“Are you sure this’ll work right Fred?”

“Course Georgie! You know how good I am with teleporting charms!”

The Weasley twins were busy working away with their latest prank. Nothing unusual for them, pulling pranks were as natural as breathing air for these boys of course. The item they were in the process of charming however, was not something very usual at all. A leather bound book, inscribed with the title “Advanced wizarding spells” wasn’t something you’d normally see the two messing around with.

“I dunno Fred, Portkeys are hard enough to charm as it is, that’s not even considering the modifications that go into this one…” George addressed his identical brother, watching him toy with his wand in front of the book.

“Nevermind that! You just make sure she’ll take the bait!” Fred snapped back, struggling to concentrate, not wanting to acknowledge his brother was right when it came to complexity of the charm.

“She arrives tomorrow, we leave this on her bed, and theres no way she won’t go for it! I mean, I can’t imagine Ginny using this to read in her spare time…”

“Fair point.” Fred responded, finishing up with charming the book, excitement bubbling up in both boys as their latest and most ambitious prank was nearing completion. “All we have to do now, is lay the trap, and wait…”

“Careful touching it Fred…”

“Shut up George. I know that!” - actually he did not, because somehow they had managed to make it to only work with women.

"Ok. We leave it here and hope nobody picks it up before she does" - he says as he gently lowers the book on top of one of the pillows.

They both leave the room and close the door.

NEXT MORNING

"It's so good to have you back, Hermione!"

"Thanks, Ron! I missed you too!" -she says smiling widely - "But you did not have to carry my bags" - she giggles softly.

"Ohh... it was nothing" - he says while dropping the bags in her bed - "It's to compensate my annoyance through out the next year haha.".

"Well regardless, it's a nice gesture. Thanks."

"No need to th... Bloody hell! It looks like you already live here. A bo..."

"RONALD WEASLEY!" - is heard from downstairs - "COME DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW!" - Molly shouts interrupting Ron before he could mention the book, planted on the pillow of the bed Hermione would be sleeping in.

"She seems mad... I'll be back in a bit, Hermione. That is if Mum doesn't kill me first..." - he says, eyes wide, a fearful expression overtaking his face.

"No worries Ron, I'll just start unpacking some stuff."

Ron leaves, closing the door, yelling down to his mother and unintentionally starting a screaming match. Hermione, having gotten used to the noise of the Burrow, takes her jacket and then starts waving her wand to take some things out of her baggage. After a few minutes, she finally notices the book lying on her pillow. "Advanced wizarding spells" the title read. Strange, she didn't remember buying that to study, nor did she remember unpacking it... With a quizzical look on her face she moves there and grabs the book. In a flash, Hermione immediatly disappears from the room.
