wrapped up tight in her room

I let out a groan as I tried massage my head. of course with the way my luck has been my arms were pinned to my side. looking down I see that from the neck down my body is restrained in a combination of sleeping bags and tape. I try to bend my legs but I am in so many layers I can barely move my body. from what I could tell it was at least three sleeping bags and four layers of tape.

giving up on trying to move I lift my head up and look around to see where I am. from what I could see I was in the same room I woke up in earlier. I heard my door open and look to see Esdeath enter the room. "good you are awake," she said. "I figured you would be I would expect nothing less from my beta."

"so I am your beta," I said to her.

"of course none of the others have come that close to beating me. now we need to discuss your new duties as my beta," she said.

"and if I don't want the job," I asked her.

"then I will just have to make you want it," she said.

"well good luck because I don't want it," I told her.

"I was hoping you would say that," she said.
