A rescue mission!

Sure, Omashu had fallen. It was obvious enough that the Fire Nation had taken over the important Earth Kingdom city, which would make the rest of the world lose hope even more. They had come too late to save it, since there were clearly too many Fire Nation soldiers around and not enough allies to help out Team Avatar. However, Aang couldn't leave Omashu behind him yet. He knew that Bumi was still in there - he refused to believe that his old friend had passed away like this. "We're going to save him." He decided, looking back at his friends. Sokka seemed skeptical and almost implied that it was very likely that Bumi had been taken out during the invasion on Omashu, but he decided to comply. If Aang set his mind on something, he wouldn't be able to talk him out of it anyhow.

No matter how stupid the idea was, or how bad the sewers - which they used to get inside of the city - smelled.

After they arrived in the dark streets of Omashu, Aang took the lead as they sneaked around. There were a lot of Fire Nation soldiers patrolling around, but none of them seemed to be paying a lot of attention. They righteously assumed that the city was theirs to keep, and so they weren't expecting anyone to try and free that crazy king. The resistance had been broken down as well, leaving only a handful of Earthbenders in the city to resist the grip of the Fire Nation openly. It was easy to keep them in control, and they were getting more desperate by the day. While Aang and the group were making their way through yet another dark alleyway, they noticed a large rock heading down in the direction of a family. They looked like Fire Nation, and by their attire, they were probably officials as well. It would be so easy to just let them get crushed, but it seemed inhumane. One of the women among them seemed pregnant as well...

And so, Aang lunged forwards and with his airbending the rock was slammed into the wall.

"The resistance!" The pregnant lady called out as he pointed out in the direction of the Avatar - who had his hood pulled up so it wasn't clear who he was. He took a deep breath as he had saved the family of Fire Nation officials, yet was being called out for the attack on their lives. "Get them!" The woman continued, and it didn't take long before Aang and his friends were getting chased by a dozen of Fire Nation soldiers. There were too many soldiers right behind them as they ran over to the palace, where they noticed a large metal cage hanging on top. A familiar face could be seen, poking through a small hole in the metal.

"It's Bumi!" The Avatar called out, starting to take the staircase as fast as he could.

"Aang.." Katara started, still a bit on edge. It seemed like the soldiers had retreated for some reason, letting them flee up the stairs. That only made her more on edge as she stayed right behind Aang, but attempted to slow him down a bit.

"No, Katara. I love you, but I'm not leaving my friend there." He groaned out, knowing how easy it was to get convinced by Katara when she started talking sweet to him. However, it wasn't really up to them anymore as the three of them managed to get up to some kind of platform. It seemed like Bumi had big plans with the palace and wanted to expand, but well - now he was locked into a cage, which they could very clearly see. They could also very clearly see the trio of women standing directly underneath, making Aang come to a full stop.

All three of them were gorgeous, really. The one in the middle was definitely the leader, standing up proudly in her Fire Nation officials outfit. It reminded Aang of the Fire Prince which he had fought a couple of times in the past, which made sense. Then Aang noticed the little crown that kept her tightly-pulled hairbun together, and he realized that she must be royalty as well. She did seem like a big deal to the Fire Nation! The red and yellow top of her outfit was tight enough to get strained by her large, milky breasts while the pants were a bit wider towards her knees - yet the fabric still hugged her voluptuous cheeks perfectly. The outfit was topped off by a pair of high boots, and Aang had to admit he was taken back a bit by her beauty. However, her smoking hot outfit was faded away by the expression on her face. She looked at the Avatar and his friends intensely, a crazy glare in her eyes while she was taking in the sight of Aang's tall, muscular form. Smiling as she took a step forwards, quite obviously putting herself in between Aang and the emprisoned Bumi.

"It looks like I've chosen the perfect moment to come to visit our newest colony." She grinned, making Aang think that she was just as obsessed with capturing him as the Fire Prince. Maybe they were even related. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Avatar." She bowed down a little, obviously mocking the Avatar. Suddenly, she spun around and kicked her feet in the direction of the group. A powerful blue flame was launched from her heel, firing right in the direction of them...

With an impressive leap, Aang launched himself upwards and jumped over the flame while Katara and Sokka managed to jump out of the way just in time. The Avatar landed right in front of this woman, holding his hand up as she fired more attacks at him which he managed to dodge again and again. Her movements weren't filled with rage and anger like Zuko's, yet just as powerful and even more precise.
