The next day, Jet needed their help.

After an awesome night for everyone at the hideout, the gang started helping around the Freedom Fighters. Slowly but surely, it was becoming very clear that Jet wasn't as awesome and honorable as they thought. It had been Sokka who started catching onto it immediately, and Momo had quickly followed his judgement - although Aang and Katar didn't believe it until they were standing on top of a hill, tricked into sending a flood down to a village full of innocents. Jet made them believe it was a Fire Nation settlement, but there were regular families living there. When Aang moved to warn the villagers, Jet had intercepted him and a fight broke out between the two of them.

They hopped around the trees while Katara was left behind, in disbelief. She was so damn angry with Jet, but more so - with herself.

"I can't believe I let you fuck my ass!" She screamed out as the boys landed in front of her again, and she sent out a large wave of water into their direction. Aang could hop out of the way just on time, while Jet was smashed into one of the trees and frozen there. "You're wrong, Jet." She grunted at him, but then rushed over to the hill where the water was still pouring down. They had been too late, the village was flooded...

However, Sokka and Momo had gone down and saved the day. They convinced the villagers that it wasn't safe anymore, had led them away from their houses and took Appa to join their friends again. Happy to see that they had handled Jet already, and so they decided not to waste any more time. Leaving Jet behind, it would take a while before he'd manage to get free - and hopefully, Katara's emotional speech would've changed some of his beliefs. He didn't need to kill innocents to fight the oppression of the Fire Nation...

It was a long journey for Team Avatar from there. Weeks had passed, and so much had happened. Aang was even captured by the Fire Nation at some point but had been rescued by the mysterious Blue Spirit. However, they had finally managed to find a safe place to get some rest when they arrived at a small village, where everyone seemed to be very fond of some fortune teller.

Curious as always, they decided to check things out and see what the future had in store for them...
