Oh hi Jake

Jake was stood next to Gem looking pretty fashionable himself is some dark skinny jeans ripped at the knees and a patterned shirt. He also had a lanyard hanging around his neck. Jake seemed to be in his cheerier friendlier moods as well which was good.

Gem: 'Look who I found'

Me: 'Oh hey Jake, what you doing here?'

Jake: 'I work here part-time, need some extra money from somewhere'

Me: 'that's cool, I should probably get a job as well thinking about it'

Gem clearly not interested in our conversation interrupted the two of us.

Gem: 'Hmm, they look good but a little tight at the top'

Jake: 'Yeah definitely'

A smirk crept across Jakes's face. Crap! He could probably tell I still had a bit of a stiff one from Rosey's picture. Luckily he didn't say anything and Gem didn't seem to realise why it was a bit tight. Although I could feel his eyes looking and laughing at my situation. Sadly my boner wasn't going down if anything it was getting harder again.

Gem: 'Right I'm gonna go find some other stuff for Alex to try, you good to make sure he doesn't try and run?'

Jake: 'Yeah no worries, I finish my shift in about 10 mins anyway and its a bit dead'

Me: 'You know I am old enough to look after myself now yeah?'

Gem just laughed as she walked off to find some more clothes.

Jake: 'You know I can probably see if I can help you on that job front by the way'

Me: 'Yeah?'

Jake:'Yeah we are looking for another part-time guy to work in the men's section'

Me: 'that's cool, can I have a think and let you know'

Jake: 'yeah no worries, just give me a shout if you do'

Me: 'Thanks'

I saw him look down at my crotch again. Yep, he defiantly could tell I was hard still.

Jake: 'So you should probably take those off before you make a mess and have to buy them'

He laughed quietly at his own joke, I felt myself go red with embarrassment.

Jake: 'Don't worry, I just didn't expect you to find shopping so exciting haha'

Me: 'It's not like that, I just kinda, well... er'

I didn't know how to put it but my frustrations just made him laugh some more.

Jake: 'Honestly Alex it's cool, I'm I guy as well. I know we can't help popping boners at random times. Hell its why I wear tight jeans at work, hides any awkward boners in front of hot customers.'

There was a slightly awkward pause for a second as Jake made eye contact with me. I swear that he was looking at me weirdly, then again I didn't really know the guy amazingly well so who knows. I realised as well I hadn't said anything either which probably was what was making it so awkward.

Me: 'So you-er going to the end of week party tonight?'

Jake: 'Yeah definitely'

Me: 'Cool'

Jake: 'Actually we were gonna do some pre's at our if you want to come'

Me: 'Yeah possible I dunno what the plan is beforehand tonight for me'

Jake: 'No pressure the offer is there. Will find your drunk ass somewhen tonight I'm sure'

Me: 'Haha unless you are too out of it as well'

Gem: 'What you guys talking about?'

Me: 'Jake was just saying we can go do pre's at 205 tonight if we wanted'

Gem: 'Oo interesting, sounds like fun so I will probably be there'

After a little while, we had finally narrowed my new wardrobe down to a couple of options, the issue was I could only really afford half of what Gem had told me to get.

Me: 'Which stuff do you reckon?'

Jake: 'Can't afford it all?'

Me: 'Nah, not really.'

Jake: 'Tell you what give them all to me'

Me: 'Huh?'

Jake looked around quickly

Jake: 'I'll buy them on my staff discount when I finish, not meant to use it on anyone else but my manager won't know they aren't for me'

Me: 'You sure?'

Jake: 'Yeah, just drop round the flat later and grab the stuff. I can get the money off you then as well.'

Me: 'that's awesome Jake, thanks'

Jake: 'Any way you better go, before my supervisor comes and gets suspicious'

Me: 'Thanks again'

Gem: 'see ya Hunny'

With that, me and Gem left and headed back to the flat. We chatted a bit but I was more thinking about how I really had misjudged Jake the first time I met him. He may come across as a bit cold sometimes but he really does actually mean well.
