He ties her up a little first.

"Hey Anko, you got any rope in this apartment?" Naruto asked her.

"Oh yes, be right back!" she said eagerly, skipping to her room, making her shapely flesh bounce as she went, a sight Naruto thoroughly enjoyed.

She came back with a couple coils of rope, and held them out to Naruto, who grinned as he took them and started by tying her hands behind her back, as well as putting some of the rope around her torso, and over and under her boobs.

"Well now, what are you gonna do to me now?" Anko purred as he did the last knot.

Naruto grinned deviously, and said, "Nothing, see ya!" He then headed for the door.

"Hey wait, come back!" she pouted as the door closed. "Dammit, not again!" she sighed. Then the door opened again.

"Gotcha good!" Naruto cackled, coming back in. "I just couldn't resist..."

"You're mean!" Anko huffed playfully, but still eagerly jutted out her chest.
