He makes a few flowers affect her in fun ways.

Naruto grinned and walked around the shop, faking browsing for the moment as he took out the Note again. He then wrote, "From now on, whenever Naruto Uzumaki holds a flower up to Ino Yamanaka, she will be unable to resist smelling it. Each type of flower will have a random sexual effect on Ino that Naruto will find sexy, though nothing that he would not. Despite the effects being random to each flower, once established, they will remain consistent, and effects that Naruto would get bored with after too long will be temporary but intense, while ones he would ultimately plan on making Ino into permanently will be gradual with each sniff of the corresponding flower, but have a permanent effect. These will only occur however if it is a flower held to Ino by Naruto, not with any random flower she encounters. While she will remember everything after, she will not get mad at or blame Naruto for any of it."

He then put the Note away, liking this idea, added a bit of fun to the whole thing and picked up a dandelion. "Hey Ino, come here," he called to her.

"What is it Naruto?" she asked, walking over, and he held up the dandelion. Blinking, she took a whiff, and had a blank stare for a moment, before expression came back.
