Use Midnight to help get Ochako.

I waited for Midnight's class to end, having written her a note that I wanted to go for Ochako next, turned in between the two pages of today's classwork. She of course saw the Note, and before the bell rang, she said, "Mr. Doe, Ms. Uraraka, please stay after class, I need to discuss some of your coursework with you two."

Ochako blinked, before nodding and as the bell rang, she said, "Deku, Iida, would you two mind waiting in line in the cafeteria for me, save me a spot in it? This hopefully won't take long."

"Sure you don't want me to wait outside for you?" Midoriya asked, not even volunteering Iida for it.

"No, it's fine," she smiled at him, and class filed out, leaving just you two with Midnight on the class. Excellent, everything was going smoothly.

"Why don't we go see what this is about?" I asked, making sure to stand close to her, and look towards her, and to my delight, she turned to meet my gaze, and I quickly used my Quirk, rendering her gaze blank. I had her now, question is, what to do with her?
