They continue their day

Cynder didn't even pay attention to where Ember was leading her after that. her mind kept drifting back to Spyro and that look on his face. She told herself it was a look of shock and disgust. But no matter how much that petty part of her wanted to believe the latter she just couldn't quite make it stick. Shock yes, but he hadn't seemed disgusted at her size. But maybe that was just hopeful thinking.

Cynder dragged her massive form along one lumbering step after another, she looked more like some giant lizard as she heaved herself side to side, twisting her massive girth to take one step after another. She didn't watch where she was going, only followed Ember, silently hoping wherever they went there was enough food to drown her sorrows in.

Throughout the day Cynder was listless, and Ember was angry at Spyro, because she knew that he was responsible for this. She decided that enough was enough. She was going to get back at him. But how?
