Stepping away he left her naked and handcuffed to his bonnet for everyone in passing traffic to stare at. Some people didn't even turn off their camera flash as they took pictures of her humiliation. Her only saving grace was that she was with a cop, so nobody actually stopped to get a closer look.

Hearing his footsteps after he started towards her car she could hear his now muffled voice saying "Afterall I don't want you to run into another officer who disbelieves your story". After that she could only hear the sound of rummaging around in her car.
