In a pretty typical Master Kim way

“Why is SHE here!?” Master Kim bellows. Sabrina squeaks, and hides behind you in response.

“W-Well, uh, she wanted to make friends, so-”

“Yes, I understand that you have no concept of consequences, Emilia! What about ME? What am I supposed to do when she brings my dojo to the ground in a fit of psychotic lunacy!?”

Master Kim’s screaming must be commonplace here, as all of her students continue getting changed in preparation for their lessons without even batting an eye. All of them, that is, except Charlotte.

“You do want to help, though, right Master Kim?” The lithe girl wanders over, having just finished getting into her gi. And still not wearing a bra underneath.

“Why would I be interested in helping some random girl make friends? I have my own troubles to worry about, and I can’t babysit a crazy person while I’m trying to deal with them.”

Charlotte doesn’t back down, though. “Really? I thought you always regretted storming out on Sabrina. After all, you knew so much about her situation. I was sure you wanted to go back and apologize, but were too emba-”

“THAT’S ENOUGH. All of this, happening out of nowhere. Maybe I should be teaching supplementary lessons on how to mind your own business…”

You and Charlotte exchange a nod. Success! However, Sabrina takes this as an opportunity to show off her social prowess.

She creeps out from behind you, hunched over like some kind of goblin, making her appear even shorter next to the already taller Charlotte. “H-” Her voice cracked. “Hi. Will you be my friend?”

Good god she’s got a long way to go.

“Hi Sabrina. You’re certainly a bit unusual, but I’m sure we’ll be able to get along. After all, I’ve heard some good things about you.”

“YES! Wait. Is it supposed to be that easy? It’s never worked like that before.” No, Sabrina, it’s not supposed to be that easy. You’re just talking to a saint, that’s all. “Are you going to ask me to get snacks and blankets for you, and punish me if I don’t?”

Charlotte jumps in alarm and looks away. The innocent girl must not have been ready for such an weird question, poor thing. “W-Why do you ask that? Do I look like I would do such a thing?”

“Hmm… Nope! You don’t seem like such a mean friend. Unlike Emilia.”

“RUDE!” you declare. Charlotte sighs in relief, while Master Kim sighs in exasperation.

With class starting, you stand on the tatami mats along with the rest of Master Kim’s class, including Sabrina and Charlotte. You’re being allowed to attend as a guest for the day. You figure you should politely accept the offer, considering you brought Sabrina here unannounced. It feels a little bit weird, wearing a gi when no one else is. Well, Kim, Charlotte, and Sabrina are, but the class is mostly girls in tank tops and yoga pants. Just before class starts, though, you’re disruptive by the sound of loud, booming bass outside the dojo. Everyone is suddenly filled with dread except Charlotte, who seems strangely enthusiastic.
