The feel of plastic began to slip through his legs. He could hear the wiggling of the plastic diaper cover. Slowly she slipped on a pair of white wool tights. Then a pair of pink panties with white poppers and lace on the bottom. Then a pair of waddle panties covered in lace. Slowly she place three full petticoats on him. Then a full prissy sissy Virginia dress covered in silk and lace. She locks the dress, and slips on some large lockable mittens that are covered with padding. Finally she put a pacifier gag in his mouth, and places him in a stroller. Strapping him in nice and tight.
"There all ready for our day," she squealed as she flung a pink diaper bag over shoulder, and pushed him out of the room.
